What You’ll Do
Oversee daily production to meet targets and deliver top-quality results.
Motivate, train, and develop your team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Troubleshoot equipment, monitor production schedules and adapt plans to keep everything running smoothly.
Work cross-functionally to improve processes and tackle challenges head-on.
Track production metrics and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in managing teams, ideally in manufacturing.
A solid understanding of machinery and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively would be a great advantage
Strong communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
Skilled in maths and data management to monitor performance and inventory.
