Production Supervisor
- Gloucestershire - Salary up to 55,000 + Benefits - Ref 1830
I am currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to work for a company with a great reputation in the market. Being a small to medium company, they truly value all their employees and have created a fantastic culture evident from their working environment.
To support the growth of the business and manage the workload, a new role has been created, and they need to appoint a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will work a Monday - Friday day shift, typically from 7am-4pm, with the potential for flexibility if required. You will be responsible for overseeing 30 shop floor individuals, ensuring optimal performance to meet or exceed production deliverables and output objectives. Ideal Requirements: Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar Previous experience in the Construction / Building sector
