The Role As a Production Supervisor, you'll take the reins of day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth workflows, meeting KPIs, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.You'll lead by example, balancing a hands-on approach with strategic oversight to create a productive, innovative, and supportive work environment. What You'll Do: Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing lean and 5S principles to optimize efficiency. Manage and inspire the shopfloor team, ensuring training and development needs are met. Oversee production planning in collaboration with the Production Planner, optimizing schedules and resources. Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-equipped factory environment, championing QHSSE practices. Troubleshoot production issues, monitor performance data, and drive solutions to improve output. Support machinery maintenance and ensure production equipment is always ready for action. Act as a key player in achieving shopfloor KPIs and supporting business-wide goals. About You: At least 5 years in a shopfloor production role within a factory setting. A strong leader with excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, planning, and scheduling.Proficiency in D365 or similar ERP systems is a plus. Passionate about health, safety, and quality, with a drive to foster a collaborative team culture. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
