JOB- Production Supervisor
LOCATION- Ware
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- 30,000 to 40,000 per annum (plus benefits)
Premier Engineering is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing company in Ware. This role involves overseeing production operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
The Production Supervisor will ideally have the following attributes:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of production processes and equipment Excellent leadership and team management skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Awareness of health and safety regulations and best practices Proficiency in using production tracking and reporting systems The Production Supervisor role will involve:
