Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Co Louth Fulltime/Permanent Monday - Friday Day Shift (2 Sundays a Month) Competitive Salary Vickerstock are working in partnership with our FMCG client who are significant players within their specialist industry known for their commitment to quality and tradition. Over decades they have expanded their products and the size of the business and due to this they are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to join the dedicated team. You will work in a 24/7 production operation, with responsibility for all operational activities. You will provide leadership to a team of over 150 employees, supporting their development, continuous improvement, and success. You will be part of the site senior leadership team and will have responsibility for helping to develop, implement and actively drive site initiatives while maintaining the company vision of consistently producing high quality products. Experience Required Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor within fast paced food manufacturing facility (FMCG) Strong experience with LEAN Manufacturing Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work independently when needed Experience with Health & Safety procedures, with a focus on creating a safe and compliant workplace Working hours will be Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm with 2 Sundays a month required.
