Production Supervisor You’re probably already running the show on your shift. You know how to get the best out of a team without barking orders, and you’ve mastered the art of hitting targets while keeping people motivated. If that sounds like you, this might be your next move. I’m looking for a

Production Supervisor

for a busy manufacturing business (I’ll share the details when we chat). This is more than just keeping the machines running; it’s about building a team that works

with

you, keeping standards high, and staying on top of production priorities. What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a team to deliver the daily production plan on time and to standard. Monitoring efficiency, tackling waste, and ensuring processes are followed. Keeping the production area audit-ready, clean, compliant, and organised. Coaching and mentoring your team to develop their skills and improve performance. Rolling up your sleeves when necessary, but knowing when to delegate. Working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly. Addressing issues as they arise whether that’s machinery, processes, or people. Spotting areas for improvement and driving practical changes. What You’ll Need

If this role has your attention, chances are you’ve got most of the following: Essential: Proven experience leading a team in a production or manufacturing environment. A solid attendance record; you don’t need reminding that reliability matters. The ability to manage your own workload and guide your team’s priorities. A cool head under pressure; production challenges are just part of the job. Strong communication skills to work with people at every level. A knack for spotting and solving problems before they escalate. Desirable (but not dealbreakers): Experience in food production or FMCG. Knowledge of Health & Safety and Lean Manufacturing principles. An NVQ or similar in a relevant discipline. Basic Food Hygiene Certification. Why You’ll Want This Job

This role is perfect if you’re ready to take on more responsibility and put your leadership skills to the test. You’ll have the chance to run your shift like it’s your own business—keeping standards high, improving processes, and building a strong, motivated team. It’s not just about hitting KPIs; it’s about creating an environment where people thrive, problems are solved quickly, and progress is continuous. If you’re looking for somewhere to make your mark, this is it. The Details

Shifts:

Monday - Friday, 06:30. Salary:

GBP27,000 per year. What’s Next?

Drop me your CV, and let’s have a chat. If it looks like a fit, I’ll get in touch to talk about the role in more detail. Not sure yet? Send me a quick message anyway (Declan Crowson on LinkedIn), and we’ll take it from there. Your next leadership challenge is here—are you ready to step up?
