Production Supervisor

you, keeping standards high, and staying on top of production priorities. What You ll Be Doing
Leading a team to deliver the daily production plan on time and to standard. Monitoring efficiency, tackling waste, and ensuring processes are followed. Keeping the production area audit-ready clean, compliant, and organised. Coaching and mentoring your team to develop their skills and improve performance. Rolling up your sleeves when necessary, but knowing when to delegate. Working closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly. Addressing issues as they arise whether that s machinery, processes, or people. Spotting areas for improvement and driving practical changes. What You ll Need
If this role has your attention, chances are you ve got most of the following: Essential: Proven experience leading a team in a production or manufacturing environment. A solid attendance record you don t need reminding that reliability matters. The ability to manage your own workload and guide your team s priorities. A cool head under pressure production challenges are just part of the job. Strong communication skills to work with people at every level. A knack for spotting and solving problems before they escalate. Desirable (but not dealbreakers): Experience in food production or FMCG. Knowledge of Health & Safety and Lean Manufacturing principles. An NVQ or similar in a relevant discipline. Basic Food Hygiene Certification. Why You ll Want This Job
