Shift Manager - Permanent - Shrewsbury
L & C Consulting are recruiting with a successful food processing company in Shrewsbury for a new Line Manager / Shift Leader to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor / Line Manager who wants to join a rewarding, professional company with a good salary and benefits package. You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, within food manufacturing / food processing.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Running a small production and Goods Out team on a daily basis Workload planning and allocation H&S QC Warehousing and stock control
Requirements: Applicants should have an adaptable, flexible approach, excellent communication skills, and be a dynamic team player and motivator. You will ideally have worked in an automated food processing environment previously and be happy 'getting stuck in' with this hands-on role. You will also be well organized, IT literate (MS packages, MRP etc.), and have a professional approach to your work, as well as ideally having a Food Handling Level 2 Cert & FLT licence.
The role comes with an excellent package including a generous salary.
Monday - Friday, Days.
The Shrewsbury-based site is commutable from all parts of Telford, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Newtown, Welshpool etc.
