For the successful Production Supervisor our client is offering: Competitive salary paying up to GBP45,000
Depending on experience Days based position Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm Permanent position with an ever growing business Statutory pension scheme Statutory sick pay scheme The Role - Production Supervisor: Supporting senior management to ensure daily production plans are being met Conducting daily meetings with Production Team Leaders Generating shift reports for Senior Managers Assisting in resolving shopfloor issues Responsible for issuing & collecting daily production plans to the relevant teams Assist with handling shopfloor personnel issues Assist with conducting staff disciplinary and grievance matters Promoting a positive and work focused culture within the Production area Ensuring hygiene & housekeeping standards are kept to a high standard at all times What our client is looking for in a Production Supervisor: Enthusiastic & positive approach Excellent planning, organisation & communication skills Proven leadership experience within a food environment is highly advantageous Knowledge of Food hygiene standards Having a degree in a food related subject would be advantageous Key Skills or Similar Job Titles: Team Leader, Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader, FMCG, Food Production Commutable from: Birmingham, Smethwick, Handsworth, West Bromwich, Bilston, Wolverhampton, Wednesbury, Walsall, Dudley For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
