Maintain accurate documentation for auditing and compliance. Proactively address bottlenecks or defects to maintain consistent production flow. Support employee development and morale by providing structured and regular feedback sessions. Prevent delays by ensuring the availability of all necessary resources for scheduled production. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality standards are maintained while working in a collaborative setting alongside a supportive and talented senior management team. Proven supervisory experience in production or manufacturing. Strong communication skills—able to coach and inspire a team. Knowledge of warehouse systems and strong IT skills.
