We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Production Supervisor
to lead our production team on the late shift. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the production team, ensuring adherence to HR processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with the planning department to execute production plans in the most cost-effective manner. Offer valuable input and suggestions for enhancing company and production processes. Ensure timely completion of all tasks and training, using platforms such as BambooHR and Highspeed. Work closely with the Training Manager to ensure all team training is thorough, tracked, and in line with company guidelines. Lead your team with fairness and consistency, adhering to company people policies. Hold regular team meetings to address issues, provide constructive feedback, and manage all related paperwork. Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members, setting SMART objectives to support their growth and development. Support and guide the team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a Production Supervisor or team leader role Demonstrable leadership skills and experience within a leadership team.
