Manage incidents, problems, and changes with efficiency and precision. Identify and implement application stability improvements and workflow efficiencies. Improve alerting systems and minimize incident impact and duration. Ensure business continuity and enhance production stability. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents and changes. Skills & Experience Required:
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify underlying problems and assess impact. Experience with SDLC and configuration management processes. Expertise in capacity management, analysing trends, and resolving bottlenecks. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in problem-solving for production systems, including identifying patterns and root causes. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical and functional insights clearly. Knowledge of database technologies like Sybase and DB2. Proficiency in Java and UNIX environments.
