Business Development: Collaborate with the location management and UK Sales Team to identify and develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Stay informed of local market trends to explore new business avenues and enhance capabilities to meet client needs. Team Development: Coach and develop the local team to meet defined objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources, and operational capacity to meet client demands. Operational Involvement: Perform Production Chemistry tasks on client sites, both onshore and offshore, as required. Qualifications Essential: Degree level of a science-related subject or equivalent work experience Full, valid UK driving license.
