Production Systems Data Architect

in the Operations Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel.

Summary: The purpose of the role is to drive the digital transformation of the production plant and lead the integration of best in class industry solutions, inline with industry 4.0, to support the Vision80 strategy and alignment to LPS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the collation, allocation/escalation and coordination of data, relating to issues affecting the delivery of the Manufacturing targets.

What You'll Do:

Carry out data analysis and research, to identify trends and develop insights. Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies for improving digital performance. Generate / develop a live dashboard reporting infrastructure at Hethel / LAS. Analyse, identify and optimise the manufacturing performance, using a digital dashboard to drive improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure data accuracy and system centralisation.

What You'll Bring: IT systems skills. Operational knowledge. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI & Project skills. Experience of working in a production line environment at an Automotive OEM or similar. Use of process systems, logical thinker for problem solving and process planning.

Additional Information: This role will be working from our Hethel plant, within our flexible working policy. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
