Bristol – On-Site Salary – Up to £32,000 Shifts - 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm rotated weekly We give you a world of potential The Production Team Lead will work as part of the Operations management team, reporting directly to the Production Manager. You will work as an integral part of the team on a rotational shift pattern where you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling of work, Operators, managing vendors, the delivery of output to daily volume targets, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include: Ensuring the team is fully trained and has the tools and processes available to produce output as agreed. Evaluating risk disciplines to ensure that processes and quality control methods are part of the everyday culture and service that meet the clients’ expectations and set KPI’s. Collaborating with internal departments, monitoring team performance, highlighting skill/knowledge gaps, maintaining supplier service reviews, and continually looking at process improvements. What key accountabilities you will have in the role? Always demonstrate safe working practices and ensure the “Computershare Health and Safety Management” policy is adhered to. Ensure quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with system and ISO procedural guidelines; highlight all quality issues to the Production Manager as they arise. Provide direction, leadership, and central focus for operators to ensure there is accurate, effective shift processing. Achieve scheduled output figures in line with expectations. Collaborate with the production scheduler to optimize equipment and time in order to achieve daily lodgement of work to meet client requirements. When required, assist in the operation of production to ensure timelines are achieved. What skills and experience will you bring to the role? Leadership experience. High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Flexible approach to tasks & working hours with a productive mindset. Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to interpret instructions. Computer literate. Excellent English language skills as the role requires reading detailed information.
