Vickerstock are working in partnership with one of Northern Ireland's top 15 companies and local success stories to assist them with the recruitment of a Production Team Leader. Our client manufactures high quality products for the construction sector and exports them all over the world.

Key Responsibilities as a Production Team Leader:
Provide leadership to a team of people in all aspects of production, training, Health & Safety, housekeeping, Quality, appraisals, projects and discipline in a specific area of control; Have day-to-day responsibility for achieving the high standards of production and quality required within Production Departments; Play an integral part in improvement initiatives through team motivation and leading by example. As a Production Team Leader, Ideally you will have:
2 years recent experience of leading and motivating a team in a high-speed production environment within Manufacturing or Food; NVQ Level III in Management or a recognised management qualification; A working knowledge of Windows based software including Microsoft Excel; A strong technical background and be prepared to get involved in a 'hands-on' capacity when required; Practical experience of planning, scheduling and performance monitoring; Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills.
