Production Team Leader
Production Team Leader focuses on provide clear instruction, direction and daily guidance to the assembly team.
What the role involves
- Provide clear instruction, direction and daily guidance to the assembly team.
- Manage training, feedback sessions, appraisals, reviews, and Return to Work discussions.
- Carry out weekly/monthly team briefings and daily SDT meetings.
- Maintaining and promote the highest standards of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), including completing risk assessments and supporting relevant investigations.
- Ensure working practices meet required quality standards, SOPs, work instructions, skills matrices and processes.
- Leading by example in alignment with company Core Values.
Skills and requirements
- Experience or proven ability in leading a team within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Experience working with a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
- Experience working on projects or improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with CI tools (Six Sigma, 5Y, yellow belt, etc.).
Confirmed role details
- Monday – Thursday – 2pm – 11.30pm.
- To oversee day‑to‑day operational activity across a busy production line.
