Production Team Leader

Production Team Leader focuses on provide clear instruction, direction and daily guidance to the assembly team.

What the role involves

• Provide clear instruction, direction and daily guidance to the assembly team.
• Manage training, feedback sessions, appraisals, reviews, and Return to Work discussions.
• Carry out weekly/monthly team briefings and daily SDT meetings.
• Maintaining and promote the highest standards of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), including completing risk assessments and supporting relevant investigations.
• Ensure working practices meet required quality standards, SOPs, work instructions, skills matrices and processes.
• Leading by example in alignment with company Core Values.

Skills and requirements

• Experience or proven ability in leading a team within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience working with a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Experience working on projects or improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with CI tools (Six Sigma, 5Y, yellow belt, etc.).

Confirmed role details

• Monday – Thursday – 2pm – 11.30pm.
• To oversee day‑to‑day operational activity across a busy production line.
