As the Production Team Leader, you ll oversee and support key production tasks, including: Mixing materials Forming components Finishing (linishing) Dipping and drying Product inspection and packing You ll ensure production runs smoothly, meet targets, and deliver high-quality products. This role also requires a hands-on approach, including operating equipment and assisting with production when needed. Main Responsibilities
