Job Purpose:
The objective of this role is to lead a production department in producing finished goods to agreed specifications and standards, achieving daily planned output within estimated labour hours.
Main Activities:
Ownership and Accountability:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the production line. Target Achievement:
Ensure daily planned output targets for the production line are met. Quality Control:
Monitor quality throughout production, controlling waste levels. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of production outputs, waste, and stock. Training and Communication:
Ensure effective communication and conduct training for all employees on the production line. Team Building:
Promote a "one team" approach where all employees treat each other with dignity and respect. Hands-on Support:
Provide support on the production lines alongside colleagues as needed. High Standards:
Maintain high quality and housekeeping standards. Professional Integrity:
