Applications are invited for the position of Production Team Leader (5-crew) at Irvine plant, reporting directly to the Shift Manager. The position is based on an annual contract of 1800 hours and is a non-overtime staff position. It also affords an excellent career opportunity for anyone with the determination and capability to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor quality checks carried out by machine operators. Observe the performance of the I.S. machines directly and via the PIC System, responding to any changes in order to maintain efficient operations. Establish an effective communication flow between shop floor and senior management in order to maintain a well-informed team. Assist in job changes to establish and maintain efficient operations during and after the change. Required Skills / Qualifications:

Candidates should be educated to a minimum of Degree standard (or equivalent). Experience of Blow & Blow and Narrow Neck Press & Blow. Team Leadership, Commitment, Enthusiasm, Personal Drive and Customer Focus. Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills. A good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Tools and continuous improvement. Compliance with procedures. Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations. What We Offer:
