We are seeking a motivated

Manufacturing Team Leader

for our client based in

South Lanarkshire

to oversee production, quality, and labour resources, ensuring that production targets and customer deliveries are consistently met on time and in full. Key Responsibilities: Promote and ensure

health and safety compliance

within the team. Drive

production plan adherence , creating recovery plans as needed to meet delivery targets. Monitor and improve

KPIs and performance indicators

in the production area. Ensure full compliance with procedures, including: Company guidelines Work instructions and procedure sheets Quality standards and equipment use 5S principles Identify and implement

improvement opportunities

through activities like Gemba Walks, 5S audits, and waste reduction initiatives. Address quality issues promptly and effectively. Manage the supply of materials and required documentation. Coach and manage your team to achieve high performance. Requirements: Proven ability to build and lead an

engaged, high-performing team . Management experience in a

fast-paced manufacturing environment . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a focus on achieving daily targets. Experience driving

continuous improvement

in manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision-making. Additional Information: The working week will initially be dayshift Monday to Friday, eventually transitioning to working a three-shift rotational pattern: Dayshift – 6am – 2pm Backshift – 2pm – 10pm Nightshift – 10pm – 6am Weekend Overtime Opportunities at Enhanced Rates:
