100+ Brands, 2,500 SKU's & up to 40 million cases packed a year. Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum & a wide range of ready-to-drink products. Over 1.25m cases per week at peak. 1,100 people, including 3rd parties. 20 lines spread over three halls, with two new lines in the next 18 months. Key Skills

Lead a team of 15-20 direct reports with clear direction and motivation. Provide strong leadership on shift and with your team. Implement a continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices. Mentor production operators for individual and team development, driving step-change in employee engagement. Deliver balanced business scorecard results to improve performance. Own medium- to long-term strategy for your area, including Capex and investment proposals. Lead operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. Preferred Background
