As the Production Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the organisation's operations, working within a fast-paced environment where you will be required to inspire and motivate your team to meet and exceed expectations.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thurs (Rotating)
Career Progression: Mapped succession plan for the right individual to become a Shift Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team
