The Role: We are looking for a proactive and dedicated

Production Team Leader

to join our client’s dynamic team. As a

Production Team Leader , you will be responsible for ensuring your team has the necessary training, resources, and support to meet their objectives while maintaining a high standard of performance. You will provide leadership, manage personnel, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product and service quality.

Key Responsibilities: Undertake training as required by your Departmental Manager and assist in training others. Ensure adequate personnel are available to meet team objectives. Identify the training needs of your team members. Ensure adequate equipment and facilities are available for effective team function. Provide leadership and management while respecting the aspirations of each team member. Communicate all aspects of company policy accurately to the team. Create and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, teams, and Managers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and service quality. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards. Perform duties in line with the Company Manual. Recognise and protect the value of the company’s resources used in the course of work. Conduct yourself according to the policies set out in the Company Rule Book.

What We Need From You: You will come from a Manufacturing or engineering background with proven experience in leadership or management in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and work to production schedules. Ability to identify training needs and provide effective training for the production team. Understanding of legal requirements and safety standards within manufacturing. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
