Duties will include day-to-day operational management, planning and scheduling workload, implementing and maintaining standard operational practices and procedures, and training, motivating, and performance managing team members. This role would suit an individual within a commutable distance to Ramsgate from either a production planner, team leader/supervisor, or quality role within a production, workshop, and/or machining environment. The Role:
Oversee a team of 10-15 engineers, managing daily operations, planning and scheduling workload, maintaining the function of plant and equipment, including machine maintenance (preventative and scheduled), and monitoring stock levels of machine shop consumables. Train and motivate team members. Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 3:30 pm finish on Friday. The Person:
Team leader/supervisor experience within a production workshop environment. IT literate. Looking to join a well-established company within the aerospace industry.
