SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader based in Keighley, Permanent role.
This is a full-time position based around a 48-hour working week, to work 4 out of 6 days which will include a Saturday, (Saturdays will be on rotation when possible).
Please note: This is a hands-on role; the successful candidate will need to be physically fit as it may involve loading and checking vehicles.

Location: Keighley
Hours: 7am- 7pm 12-hour shifts
Annual Salary 36,217 CIRCA / 14.51 per hour

The Job:
To report to the Production Supervisor. The successful applicant must be a conscientious, competent individual who works to high standards for both themselves and ensures that the staff they manage work to the same standards.
Duties:
To work as a Production Team Leader in a food production environment.
This is a hands-on role which will require the applicant to be physically fit and able to lift heavy items and check vehicles when necessary.
To oversee and help maintain an efficient production line supervising staff to ensure production deadlines are met.
To ensure that all team members are working in line with Health & Safety standards and policies.
To ensure that Clean-In-Place (C.I.P) regulations are adhered to, cleaning down all machinery.
To ensure that quality checks are carried out.
Perform titration tests and record the results on appropriate documents.
The filling and packaging of finished products, including quality control and checks are done correctly.
To assist and manage the loading & unloading of wagons to ensure that they are completed on time.
To record hourly checks and monitoring on appropriate documentation.
Ensure that hygiene and clean down tasks are completed to the standards required.
To assist the production manager with the day-to-day duties of running the production line.
