You will be a key member in ensuring the production is kept to a high standard, overseeing a new team on a new production line. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operatives to meet production targets and quality standards. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflows and the efficient use of resources. Monitor and maintain health and safety standards on the production floor, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development. Review and analyze production metrics, reporting key findings to senior management to drive process optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum output. Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and operational efficiency. Contribute to the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands. Uphold company values and work collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
