Shift Pattern: Days and Nights - Monday to Thursday Days / Monday to Wednesday Nights

In this role you will:
Oversee the manufacturing processes of plastic extrusion production lines. Lead by example, develop and train other members of the team. Receive full training on these processes. Work flexibly in a cohesive working environment.
It is not essential you come from a plastic extrusion background if you are mechanically minded and have good leadership qualities.
The Person: Mechanically minded Experience in manufacturing Leadership qualities, or looking to step up into a leadership position
The Role: Flexible and optional overtime potential paid up to 2x the basic rate of pay. Develop and optimise new and existing production processes. Introduce production improvements. Assist with project set up and development. Work by example and lead a team. Permanent position with fantastic benefits.
