Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to enhance their dynamic team. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have proven experience working within a similar role within a manufacturing GMP environment. You will also be motivated, resilient and have a real interest in continuous personal development.
What will you be responsible for?
- Ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with the instructions and procedures provided, following Good Documentation Practices.
- Lead and drive pertinent technical investigations and root cause analysis.
- Leading and driving CAPA completion ensuring department targets are met.
- Assist in the maintenance, servicing, qualification and commissioning of equipment and services.
- Ensuring all cleaning regimes are carried out and all production areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Partake in cross functional teams to develop processes and procedures.
- Adhere to high standards of Health & Safety and promote these standards within the team and throughout the company.
- Updating of SOPs, Technical reports, GMP risk assessments and H&S risk assessments
- Lead and drive pertinent technical investigations and root cause analysis
- Reporting of batch data to management team
- Technical transfer of new process or equipment between Formulation department and Production
