Production/Manufacturing Engineer

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient production processes, continuous improvement, and the development of innovative manufacturing solutions to support our growing business. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with the design and production teams to identify and resolve any technical issues. Optimize workflows, tooling, and equipment utilization. Work closely with suppliers and procurement to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues. Maintain health and safety standards across the production environment. Support new product introductions and provide input on manufacturability during the design phase. Contribute to the development and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably in a metal fabrication or electrical enclosure environment. Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software for process planning and tooling. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
