Person specification Experience Essential criteria Extensive post qualifying experience. Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration OR Registered Professional with a core qualification (for example SW or OT). Desirable criteria Community CAMHS experience. Post graduate qualification in teaching/practice education (or working towards or equivalent experience). Experience of designing/developing and evaluating training materials. Knowledge and experience Essential criteria Experience of delivering training/development programmes. Evidence of personal and professional development. Knowledge of relevant national policy ie Skills for Health, HEE, NICE, NHS, NMC and mental health act. Experience in supporting learners. Desirable criteria Senior leadership experience.
