Proven extensive working within the community nursing clinical setting, encompassing current specialist knowledge across a range of complex clinical skills/procedures. In depth knowledge of all educational policies and procedures pertinent to community working. Experience of teaching in both formal and informal settings Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Able to produce complex written and verbal reports Evidence of educational programme development Effective leadership skills Has up to date knowledge of current issues and changes within NHS which affect Community Nursing. Skill practitioner who can act as a role model Able to facilitate the development of clinical learning opportunities for the community workforce. Trained clinical supervisor/assessor Completion of a leadership development programme. Experience of curriculum development in line with education policy and assessment systems.
