An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Social Work Education Team as a Professional Education Consultant on a part-time, permanent contract.

The Social Work Education Team is at the forefront of professional development, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and diligent social work Practice Educator. Bringing focus, ideas, and energy to our work, the post holder will influence and shape the development of social work practice, including the next generation of social workers.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker & Practice Educator with a strong background in Children’s Social Work practice and a commitment to providing high-quality practice learning to students. The role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Step-Up programme in ESCC and for conducting other tasks commensurate with the role.

You will be a registered social worker.

You will have met the Practice Education Professional Standards Level 2; Certificates are required as part of the application process.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
