A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team of Professional Learning Coaches to support the development of the quality of education throughout the College and across the Chichester College Group. We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative teacher to support colleagues across curriculum teams. We are looking for highly motivated members of staff who are driven to continue going beyond ‘outstanding’. You will support the lesson observation process, co-ordinate Spotlights and Roadshows and work across the College to inspire and promote a culture of engagement in developmental opportunities. You will aspire to be at the forefront of the latest research and developments in teaching, learning and assessment. We particularly welcome applicants from STEM areas. Applicants should note that PLCs are also expected to contribute to cross college training and development as part of the work of Professional Development and undertake other duties relevant to the Group’s teaching and learning improvement strategy. We welcome applications for Professional Learning Coach (PLC) posts from members of staff who are on contracts of .8 (29.6 hours) and above and who are able to work on Fridays. PLCs offer a wide variety of support to colleagues and their availability throughout the week is a key component to being able to provide this. Closing date: 3 February 2025 Interview date:
