• Successful applicants will help prepare rental properties for incoming tenants by carrying out high-standard deep cleans after tenant departures.
• Cleaning vacant flats and houses.
• Deep cleaning kitchens, appliances, and internal areas.
• Bathroom cleaning including limescale and mould treatment.
• Dusting and cleaning windows, doors, flooring, and skirting boards.
• Ensuring properties meet inspection-ready standards.

Skills and requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience.
• Comfortable working alone when required.
• Own transport and cleaning equipment essential.
• Good attention to detail.
