(Monday - Friday 08:45 to 17:00) Join our Professional Services team implementing new client projects on time, on budget, and supporting seamless delivery of our software solutions. This role would suit you if you're early in your career, or perhaps more experienced but now prefer a more supportive role. Benefits include: Up to £4,000 annual performance bonus Healthcare and dental scheme (after successful probation) Pension scheme An additional day’s holiday for your birthday and, after 2 years an additional 2 days’ holiday Individual professional development budget Discretionary benefits include quarterly team away-days, shopping vouchers, monthly breakfast club and more Free on-site parking About You Minimum 1 - 2 years' prior experience in a comparable role in Customer Success / Software Implementation / Professional Services / Solution Consulting Knowledge of SaaS solutions or cloud technologies is an advantage Basic understanding of project management principles Analytical, organised, with strong problem-solving skills Able to create and improve training materials and use screen sharing and communication technologies to train clients Able to create reports using PowerBI and Excel Able to work independently and in a team and build strong relationships Consultative with excellent verbal/written communication skills Own a car with a clean and valid driving licence Eligible to work in the UK Fluency in English is a must, whilst other languages are welcomed Working alongside our Senior Professional Services Manager, your responsibilities will include: Learning our products thoroughly to set up clients correctly Interpreting client needs and mapping these to our specific features Contributing to the development and execution of client project plans, timelines and deliverables, supporting long-term client relationships Participating in client meetings, workshops and training Creating and improving training materials and using screen sharing and communication technologies to train clients Adhering to project deadlines and budgets, raising potential issues Creating reports using PowerBI and Excel About Us Market Dojo is a dynamic and rapidly growing entrepreneurial company.
