Collaborating with market-leading suppliers to drive innovation and product range expansion in key accounts. Sales Leadership:
Managing internal and field sales teams and account managers, ensuring they hit targets and exceed expectations. Operational Oversight:
Overseeing warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficient stock management and timely distribution. Financial Management:
Leading the branch finance team, managing budgets, and ensuring financial performance meets business goals. The suitable candidate will be a proven leader/people manager who possesses commercial acumen, having worked in a Branch/Area/General Manager or National/Key Account Manager role previously, ideally within Retail, Wholesale, or Distribution. You’ll have demonstrable experience in working in a P&L accountable role, with experience in new and existing business/sales development and account management. You’ll be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop and lead a business with a passion for results and success. Ideally, you will be degree qualified, although this is not essential.
