The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Analyst II to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions: Provide analytical, administrative and program management support. Research and investigate the need for and impact of changes in project scope. Develop and implement changes to the project scope as needed. Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology. Develop, implement, and maintain program documentation such as SOPs and policies. Gather inputs for data calls, draft responses, and revise data call responses. Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions. Monitor program progress and customer satisfaction. Provide periodic status reports as needed. Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies. Prepare program correspondence as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing. Ability to produce documents with minimal errors is highly desired. Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Able to work within multi-functional teams. Required Education, Licenses and Certifications: High School Diploma required. Minimum 3 years’ experience. Security Clearance Requirements:
