YCore, a social impact fellowship for young professionals, seeks a highly motivated individual to lead the expansion of its programs in the Peninsula and South Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Program Director will work closely with the Executive Director to drive the continued development and growth of YCore, an innovative social impact organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage a team of young professionals as Project Leads and Fellows.
Develop strong relationships with local nonprofits and scope partner projects.
Lead workshops and teach YCore's social impact curriculum.
Drive growth and development by:
Developing YCore's brand and marketing strategy.
Fundraising for YCore's mission and vision.
Improving and implementing YCore's organizational strategy.
Qualifications:
Deep passion and commitment to YCore's mission.
Experience in communicating and empathizing with nonprofit staff and young professionals in the Bay Area.
Ability to execute and adapt in a self-directed manner.
Experience managing groups or significant projects.
Significant fundraising experience or equivalent sales experience.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Excellent organization and self-management abilities.
Compensation and Expectations:
This full-time position is based in the Bay Area, specifically in the South Bay / Peninsula area. The annual salary is $75,000, plus health, vision, and dental insurance, and significant PTO (40 hours per week).
