Hybrid (2 days in office at Coventry) Forsyth Barnes are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing retailer who are undergoing a large-scale Digital Transformation. They are seeking an experienced Programme Director to join the team to ensure the smooth delivery of their new ERP implementation. This individual will be responsible for integrating new processes and tools, identifying and eliminating risks, and more on their current program. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for upgrading their current ERP system and moving data off premises into the Cloud. Responsibilities: Establish strategy & direction of execution within a program, producing project schedules and critical path. Drive multiple initiatives with a similar focus area as a program to accomplish a central goal. Leverage experience to anticipate risks in advance of impacts. Manage external and inter-team dependencies, and coordinate timelines for all dependency deliverables to minimize time to market. Take a whole systems approach to analyze issues and implement holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process, and technology are made. Partner with business stakeholders to understand and ensure connection to overarching strategy and program, ensuring prioritization is aligned with strategy. Document and communicate the progress of the project including implementation, timelines, issues, successes, and risks. Coach team members, develop direct reports, and recruit for open roles. Experience with stakeholder management. Business Change Management skills. Experience reporting into the board. Individual must have retail/consumer experience. Experience focusing around System Architecture. Microsoft technology experience preferred but not essential.
