In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic management of programs in Clinical Data Management (CDM), ensuring quality, timelines, and resources align with applicable regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also be responsible for reviewing plans and providing CDM expertise during protocol design, study start-up, and conduct phases of studies, ensuring consistency within the program and development of standard methodologies within CDM. Key Responsibilities: ">">
Provide strategic direction and leadership for CDM programs Maintain an overview of program status and issues, proactively communicating progress, risks, and changes that may impact quality, timelines, and budget Review key metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across studies and within clinical programs to track study progress Manage all aspects of Quality Events, CAPAs, SSN, and process deviations across the program
Requirements: ">">
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field Minimum 12 years of clinical data management experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related industries
