Join Pharmiweb's Clinical Data Operations team as a Program Lead for Clinical Data Operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program-level result timelines, ensuring proper resources are in place and supervising overlapping deliverables.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical data management strategies, ensuring consistency within the program and development of standard methodologies within CDM. Your expertise will also include review of initial study budgets and handling the budget through the lifecycle of the program.
As a seasoned clinical data manager, you will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or health-related industry and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science or a related field. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $280,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes health and wellness programs, fitness centers, equity awards, annual bonuses, and paid time off for eligible employees.
