Program and Project Leadership • Drive the successful execution of complex, multi-region security technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. • Develop and monitor KPIs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve program outcomes. • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and direction, ensuring accountability and collaboration at every stage. Driving Digital Transformation • Lead the adoption and integration of digital tools to improve service delivery, reporting, and project management efficiency. • Promote the use of platforms and technologies that enhance collaboration and provide real-time visibility into project progress and outcomes. • Train and support teams to ensure effective utilization of digital tools, driving productivity and alignment across regions.
