The Role As a Program Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating seamless program launches and ensuring the accuracy of participant data. Your responsibilities will include coordinating updates and managing data integrity, working closely with our Technical Operations team to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional coaching experiences.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a key resource for participant data management, ensuring participant data and all related records are created and maintained accurately and efficiently throughout participant’s life cycle. Coordinate and manage participant activations/launches across multiple Ezra propositions, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving potential issues to ensure the best participant experience. License management, ensuring licenses are assigned appropriately so that revenue is recognized, and financial reporting is accurate. Coordinate and manage program extensions, ensuring an uninterrupted participant experience whenever possible, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving potential issues. Manage access to external partner platforms (Masterclass, Headspace). Develop and uphold a strong understanding of our systems and products to maintain best practices and provide informed guidance. Collaborate closely with Configuration Engineers and work cooperatively with multiple teams across various platforms. About You

You have:

At least 1 year of experience in application support, implementation, or a related role, with a solid understanding of data management and the importance of data integrity. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy in maintaining records. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, while being self-motivated and professional. A customer-centric mindset, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based systems is an asset. You are:
