About the role  

Start Date: Monday 13th January 2025

Salary:  26,000 per annum 

Hours: 40 hours per week (including bank holidays and weekends) 

Contract type: Full-time - Permanent 

As a Program Admin, you will play a crucial role being responsible for creating and managing the staffing schedules for the Activity Department at the Colomendy Centre.  

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Develop and maintain Staff Rotas to meet the demands of our Activity Programs. 
  • Communicate with the Chief Instructor to understand any additional requirements and adjust rotas accordingly. 
  •  Monitor and manage staff availability, time-off requests, and mandatory training sessions. 
  • Collaborate with other Centre's and departments to address any challenges and support needed.  
  • Update and record on spreadsheets and use a software to organise and share schedules efficiently.
