The Role
As a Programme Controller, you will be responsible for leading the performance of the Integrated Delivery Teams control functions which you are assigned. Day-to-day, you’ll develop and maintain positive engagement with delivery team leaders, project and programme managers, and other key delivery partners. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring project controls team members operate in line with the Operating Framework & functional competency requirements Delivery of the project controls outputs, to agreed standards in support of customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash, and sales Operating openly and visibly to achieve positive outcomes Responsibility for the performance of the controls function for the delivery teams to which they are assigned Maintenance of all appropriate reporting needs in support of project and programme delivery Application of governance requirements in support of the delivery business (including lifecycle, project & independent reviews) Essential experience of the Programme Controller:
Significant experience as a functional manager, with the ability to set and lead a project controls function Strong experience delivering largely sized contracts (LCM4); where projects contain a great number of stakeholders and a high level of risk Experience of working in a matrix management organisation Strong stakeholder management experience across a business unit and the wider corporate business Essential qualifications for the Programme Controller:

This role is 37 hours per week based at Farnborough or Portsmouth. Hybrid working patterns are available.
