Having secured an exciting new client project, a fast-paced consultancy near Farnham is offering an initial 6-month Contract for a Programme Coordinator to support the Account Managers. This role may convert to a permanent role. The role will assist the team in the development and implementation of project plans to ensure their successful and timely delivery. We’re looking for a ‘tech savvy’ candidate with programme/project coordination experience. Ideally, you’ll come from the ‘service sector’ where client communication and satisfaction is paramount.

The Programme Coordinator will be: Developing and implementing project plans using MS Project and Planner Liaising with clients and facilitators regarding programme scheduling and managing client meetings and workshops, using time-saving tools such as AI (Co-Pilot) Preparing and updating slide decks and training toolkits plus logistics using the latest applications including Mural, SharePoint, SessionLab Compiling and summarising post-meeting documents and distributing actions Ensuring Hubspot is up to date with the latest contacts and client information Assisting with logging/tracking of team expenses and receipts and keeping the annual forecast and planning sheet up to date Monitoring and tracking project hours against project scope and generating invoice status reports We’re looking for:

At least five years’ work experience A highly organised candidate with experience in project and client management using tools such as MS Project/Planner A technology ‘sponge’ who uses initiative and is self-serving when learning new applications and working virtually An organised, patient, and persistent character Accuracy - someone who takes pride in their work and likes to see tasks through to completion Excellent written and verbal communication with strong grammar and spelling Customer-centric with a sense of urgency for client work The ability to think and plan, and adapt quickly Curiosity, and an interest in continuous learning Confident speaking with senior stakeholders in blue-chip companies This business is offering a fabulous working environment with hybrid working.
