Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and impact-driven Programme Engagement Lead to drive the success of UA92's growing apprenticeship programmes. As a central figure in this team, you'll lead collaboration with employers, apprentices, and internal teams to develop, deliver, and continuously improve our apprenticeship offerings. • Ensure all apprenticeship programmes meet regulatory and industry standards while maintaining academic quality.
  • Use apprentice and employer feedback to continuously enhance the learning experience and ensure alignment with UA92's mission.
Project Management and Administration:

  • Lead new curriculum development projects from conception through to delivery, engaging stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Provide project management oversight to ensure timely completion, effective risk management, and alignment with objectives.
  • Generate regular reports on apprentice engagement, programme progress, and retention metrics.
Apprentice Engagement and Support:

  • Be a primary contact for apprentices, providing support to enhance their learning and address their feedback.
  • Champion initiatives that promote apprentice engagement, satisfaction, and equitable access to opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in programme management, engagement, or support roles, ideally within higher education, apprenticeships, or similar fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the UK apprenticeship landscape.
Desirable:

  • Experience working with diverse groups and a commitment to inclusive education practices.
  • Relevant qualification in education, training, or programme management (e.g., PGCE, Level 4/5 in Education and Training).

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a drive for high-quality outcomes.
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to inclusivity.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for lifelong learning and the ability to inspire and influence others.
