Proven track record of delivering programmes across business, hardware, and software change. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage matrixed teams, provide coaching, and inspire high performance. Expertise in managing multi-million-pound budgets, with a focus on cost control, budget forecasting, and proactive risk management. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and programme management certifications (MSP, or equivalent). Strong commercial acumen and experience managing third-party suppliers. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage complex relationships. Experience within a regulated environment, financial services or automotive finance. What’s in it for you?
