About the role We are looking to recruit an individual who has experience within the Beauty Industry and is enthusiastic and passionate about sharing these vital skills with our learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a coherent learning programme through effective teamwork and ensuring our learners have an excellent teaching and learning experience. This role will lead our beauty programmes at Skegness TEC, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning while working as part of a team providing education and training opportunities to the communities we serve. About the person The successful candidate will possess: Proven experience within the Beauty industry with occupational competency and qualifications. Ability to prioritize workloads Ability to work as a team. Ability to motivate yourself and learners. It is desirable for the successful applicant to possess a teaching qualification, previous teaching or training experience, or an assessor qualification, but this is not essential.
